About the program

We are here to help you become the best in your field. Our main priority is your development and preparation for real work in schools.

The program is designed for teacher interns and graduate students of pedagogical universities who work in schools.

We know how important it is to share experiences. That’s why in our program you will meet the finalists and winners of the Global Teacher Prize Ukraine, who will become your mentors and share their secrets of success.

We have also adopted elements of the Finnish approach to mentoring. This means that you will receive the best practices from around the world to become even more confident and professional.
