Zoya Lytvyn

Head of the OSVITORIA Social Organization

Zoya Lytvyn is involved in the evolvement, upgrading and development of education in Ukraine. Attending international educational summits, forums and exhibitions, she explores the methods from Europe, America, Canada and Russia in order to implement the best practices into the scientific and educational sector in Ukraine.
Zoya Lytvyn graduated from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” majoring in Economics. During her second higher education she majored in Educational Institution Management. Zoya completed her internship at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. She was the founder and long-standing leader of the marketing department at UDP Development Company.

Anna Sydoruk

Head of the Charity Projects and Programs

Anna coordinates the following Ukrainian charity projects as: “First Profession”, a program enabling children at Ukrainian orphanages to learn a practical profession, and “iLearn”, an online platform preparing boarding school leavers for Standardized External Testing.

As a member of the Ukrainian delegation, Anna participated in the third session UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. She was in charge of the installation of a room for children with special needs at Bila Tserkva school, the providers of inclusive education. Anna loves travelling and taking photos.

Iryna Pleshakova

Manager of Charity Projects and Programs

Implements “First profession” project in an Orphan Boarding Schools that helps children to learn a practical professions and find their place in the world. Coordinates professional orientation program for high school students that helps orphanes to prepare for Standardised External Testing (SET) and determine the direction of their future profession.

Collaborates with boarding schools and charitable organizations. Certificated business trainer, conducts motivational workshops and provides structured information about entering a university. To better understanding an orphanes and provide them with knowledgeable assistance, began studying psychology. More than 10 years had been working for international distribution company where deal with development of dealer network and staff training. Iryna dreams of Ukraine without Orphan Boarding Schools and live by the principle: “To believe in goodness, we should start doing it” (Leo Tolstoy).

Valeriya Zabolotna

Valeriya is in charge of implementing “The Leader in Me” program into the Ukrainian educational system. She is engaged in human resources evaluation and development.

Having graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University majoring in Psychology, she received the MBA degree at the University of New Brunswick in Canada. Valeria held the office of the Vice Dean at the Department of Psychology at Taras Shevchenko University. She taught at major Ukrainian business schools – MIB and the Edinburgh Business School. Valeriya was the HR Vice President at BIONIC Hill and Organizational Development Director at UDP. She is a TLIM coach certified by the Stephen Covey Foundation.

Valeriya perceives her family as one of her major life achievements. Her favourite hobby is  bringing up her three sons with whom she enjoys mountain skiing.

Olena Severenchuk

Olena is responsible for recruiting, adapting and training the staff working on OSVITORIA projects.  Olena graduated from Kyiv National Linguistic University with Master’s degree in Philology. She has nine-year-experience in teaching English and deems the teacher’s profession as one of the most interesting and needed occupation in the modern world. Previously she was engaged for over five years in staff recruitment and delivering training in educational techniques for the American English Center.
